Put on some good acne gel. Something with tea tree, salicylic acid. It is a very good antiseptic properties. Use moderately just a dot on the pimples thats all, u may want to reapply, always make sure that your hand is clean. If not use deep cleansing mask on the pimple and leave overnight. In case of emergency, dap some perfume as perfumes contains of very high alcohol it will helps but not as fast.But please don't use toothpaste may cause sensitivity.

if u have an oily complextion try putting some Calamine lotion on yur face. it will dry some of that stuff up.
