Your penis is average-sized (the average erect penis is around 6" long)
The information you give doesn't tell anyone anything about your fertility, however. For that, you'll have to go to a doctor and get him to analyse your semen; it's the contents of your ejaculate that are important, not the size of shape of your penis.

What is your problem? Average erect penis size is 5.5 to 6 inches. Who cares how big it is flaccid, they shrink to nothing when you are cold. Have you been living in a cave? If you can produce ejaculate, most likely you are well able to produce a child when you have intercourse. Do an online search of the male reproductive system, guy, you need some basic education that a guy your age should already be aware of. Not criticizing, but you apparently have been sheltered in your knowledge of human anatomy. While you are at it, you probably need to read about female sexuality as well.

Dude, penis size has NOTHING to do with fertility.
