No the correct course is to have a talk with your employer and make a statement about it for the record.
It also needs to be followed up in writing. Then if nothing is done or it continues you need to contact a union representitive.
In fact i would also do that and have them mediate with your employer for you. That is one of their roles.
You don;t have to suffer abuse in employement from anybody so go get it fixed.

Unfortunatley for you, you're in a subordinate position..... sometimes we just have bad bosses. We don't usually fire people because their mean and you'd probably have a losing battle.
I have found in life that the best thing is to look around for a better environment for you. You are a dental assistant, so you have experience. I'm sure there more openings for that job than many others. I'd really look around and just go somewhere else.
It's better than beating your head against a brick wall. Experience has shown me that even if you "blow her in", "report her" to yada yada yada...... in the end, she'll win - and if she doesn't, she'll make you miserable in other ways..... it's just a no-win situation. I've been in the, and got out - found something else - and always happier. Life is a ride.... it's not always perflect.

definite there are some undesirable nursing homes accessible yet they are quite some excellent ones accessible like mine! As not uncomplicated it really is to placed the single you love as or perhaps as i am going to admit offen yet wen they ask who're you that must be not uncomplicated for them to take or they stay far-off and visit even as then could also it may nicely be a protection situation like wandering on the line or perhaps utilising a motor vehicle! also in spite of loving kin their is in basic terms a lot they could do devoid of affecting their well being(and then how undesirable will the mum and dad sense?) situations there comes a time even as they choose the care that a nursing abode grants! In my time i have considered human beings thrive nevertheless do their outdoors pastimes strengthen a lot they have lengthy gone abode or into assisted residing! i have considered human beings been so busy their kin make appointment's to work out them! each three hundred and sixty 5 days my nursing abode takes countless the resident's on vacation! inspite of this i'm less than orders to makes certain if the situations contains get her into my abode inspite of if it became in basic terms respite!

What country are you in? I'm not sure why a nurse is your supervisor if you are a dental assistant. Yeah, nurses can be pretty nasty. I know, b/c I am one. Maybe you could try to talk to her about it, she may not know how she comes across to you. Or maybe you are doing things wrong and you really do need to change your practices, I don't know.

You can talk to her, but if you think she's incapable of communication then go to the dentist you actually work for. Start looking for another job and when asked why you want to leave tell em. I'm sure there's something in labor laws that is specific you can check your state's laws, if it's real bad
