Maybe you have a slight mutation in one of your hair follicles. I'm not a hundred percent sure, you have a gene that encodes for the pigment for your hair
Eg. Code
ABABABAB codes for black hair which you should usually have.
As time passes the code copying genes occasianally skip and misread the code for making black hair and causes a small mutation (Nothing to be scared of it always happens and there are things in your genes that regulate and clean these mistakes up).
It could be that the gene for your hair pigmentation had a slight mutation in it causing a misread in the gene code
Eg. misread code
ABAB B ABAB = White hair instead of black.
OR you could be turning into an albino but I dont think thats the case.
You have nothing to worry about.

I know what it is. Sweat and bacteria is what creates the white cheese under your ball sack the doctors couldn't find out for me I findustry out my self. And it's embarrassing when you have a girl lick under there lol she be like eww wTF is that white **** I just say my hair naturally grow like that lol.
I know how to get rid of it and it's very easy
1. Shave really good
Use Clippers and electric razor this will get rid of all the white hair
2. deep scrub soap
Scrub down there after shaving
3. Take a shower twice or three times. EVERYDAY!!
1 in the morning and after you come from outside wash away the sweat and bacteria
4. Put powder or something that will help stop this sweating
After that you will start seeing no white hair under your ball sack

Do you mean the color white or caucasian type hair. Since your mixed races that is the caucasian part of you. I don't know that is a really good question. I will enjoy reading other answers.

You are either too old that you are growing grey hair on your scrotch or you dont wash it well. Shave them then start washing yourself there.
