What kind of lotion can I use that is perferbly found at wal-mart. Or a home remedy For my icky elbows?

The best thing is olive oil. Olive oil used on the skin immediately after a shower will work wonders and will keep your joints happy too. Should only take a week or 2 of consistent use.

I have heard that using a half a lemon on each elbow will exfoliate the elbows. I imagine the citric acid does the trick. Then moisturize with any thick lotion.

I am a Mary Kay Consultant. I use the Extra Emmolient Night Cream for the dry skin on my elbows and knees. It is really good!
