Hi. I have been trying exercises to tone and lose the "junk in the trunk". It diesn't seem successful because I don't feel the "burn" in my tush, but I do feel it in my thighs which I am also trying to get rid of. Can anyone tell me some good exercises to lose the tush??
Oh, if this helps, I don't eat junk food or meat.

well that sound weird maybe you should tell your mom and have a thing where everytime you gain a couple of pound try to walk it off
