Well, I think sometimes I'm imagining things OR they might be real.

Worry, fear and anxiety are real feelings and serious! Talk with your doctor ... if you are young, talk with your parents and tell them you think that you need help. If they don't listen, talk to someone who does and can assist you in getting the help you need. Do not be ashamed of what is happening! It is not your fault. Good luck.
