There are age categories for marathons over 65. People can run these in 3 hours, which is way faster than you, I suspect, so you know they're cardiovascularly sound, have great endurance, and yeah. seriously.

I'm glad to hear that your Grandmother had such a long and full life. Kinda sounds as if you had a good relationship with her. Unfortunately, we can't stay away from Doctors. Your Grandmother was obviously lucky she never encountered a problem beyond what time could fix. Some issues do require medical attention however. Like an automobile engine that has a bad water pump, that engine will never heal itself. We all know what healthy choices are, and adequate activity. But beyond that, there are no secrets. A long life is just luck of the draw. At an advanced age where you don't know if you'll see another summer, I take pride in the fact that I was always productive, pulled my own weight, earned trust from those in my town, was a good Father, and contributed in positive ways to those who know me. I will have also left behind creations in art and writing. With this in mind, I think I have succeeded.

Yes, of cos it is possible if you take good care of your health.
I am a detox specialist and my detox programmes help people LOOK and feeL 5-10 years younger within 3-5 months time.
I have had senior citizens tell me that they never looked better and felt better after the detox ;) One of them even divulged tat he no longer needed the help of viagra after the detox.
And the detox is easy to follow. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water.
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)

I just turned 60 (and get all kinds of senior citizen discounts...eg 50% off from IHOP on Monday nights!), I can out work the young guys I get assigned to me on special projects when my work is slack...they WHINE about the weight of things!), my wife gets jealous of the attention I get from other women (30 or so and up...and have been told it's there for the asking anytime I want),and I'm ready for lovin' anytime my lady wants it. Don't knock us oldsum doods. Ever hear women say I PREFER OLDER MEN? Ever wonder WHY? We know HOW to pleasure the ladies from years of experience.

Yes, although it takes a bit more work. As you get older, you lose muscle mass and bone density, so weightbearing exercises are a good idea; just start off slow and light, not attempting too much at first.

Hell yes. My pushing-90 father in law can still get it on. You just need to take it a little slow - but that is more fun anyway.
