When you are feeling hungry, sometimes it is actually that you are just thirsty. Try having a glass or two of water then wait 20 minutes, if you are still hungry, then eat some fruit or fresh raw veges like carrot sticks. Also wait 20 minutes after eating before going for a second helping, it can take a while for your body to register that it feels full.
Appetite suppressants are not good for you, alot can even be addictive. If you eat a healthy balanced diet, and never miss breakfast you find any dietry change will work better. It would be better making a "lifestyle change" rather than just dieting alone.

Well the easiest way is to wait 20 minutes. If you're still hungry, eat something small and healthy (like an apple)
Normally reading, walking or chaning my current activity helps me.

As far as pills, i wouldn't know.
Good luck thoug.

It's a little pricey - but hoodia is awesome. Has no side effects at all, it's natural, it's documented and it works. The best two I have found (with NO other ingredients) are Hoodia911 and Hoodia750. If it's cheap - it probably isn't real.... but this works.

Strange as it may sound, exercise decreases appetite.
Eating foods with a low glycemic index help too.
Refined carbs stimulate the appetite, so stick with whole grains.
Good luck!!!
