I'm 14 right now and I found out I have been growing taller extrmely fast lately, I would like to know what types of vitamins I should be tkaing, and if it would be better to take it seperatley or in something like centrum for kids or something. I have been taking Calcium supplement daily

what is wrong with my hands?

this has been going on for a few years. during the winter, when my hands get cold outside, they turn white and it takes a long time to get the circulation moving in them again. i won't even be outside for very long, just walking from one place to another that's fairly close. my fingers kind of hurt, too when this happens.

Is it normal for an anemic woman to not bleed during menstruation?

this past december, my doctor discovered that i was anemic. the last time i got my period was in november but it was very light. im taking my iron pills and eating healthy food rich in iron, but it is now february and since december i havent had any bleeding when i should be menstruating. im very, very concerned. i know im not pregnant though, so that is absolutely out of the question. is this normal for someone with anemia or should i go see my doctor right away?

my heart.......?

i called the ambulance just a while ago because my heart just started beating incredibly fast and i couldnt catch my breath. when they got here it had slowed some and it was down to 130. i have an anxiety disorder but i didnt feel anxious at all when this happened. before they left it was between 115 and 120. it still feels like its beating fast and they said if it feels the same later i can call them back and go to the hospital. do you think i should? i dont really know what to do. i dont want to go if its not neccasary. but i'm scared, i dont know why its doing this.

What else can i do?

The man I am seeing is miserable and suffering from extreme depression and he is very suicidal. I have told him I will support him and be there for him and I have printed out heaps of information about Depression and Suicide for him. He has stopped taking his meds and he is getting worse and worse and does not want help.

Have you ever stubbed your toes so hard you couldn't help crying?

It happened yesterday to my wife, who I had never seen crying before for physical pain, not even for kidney stones or when she broke her ankle.
For this reason I first though that she was jocking and I made fun of her, saying that crying is not needed for such a small thing.
Then I realized she was crying in earnest. In fact her toe was broken.
Anyway I wonder: how is possible that such a small thing could hurt so much to reduce to tears a mature woman (my wife is 41) who have never shed a single tears in her life because of physical pain? (at least since we met, 20 years ago)

Have you ever experienced something similar?
