Eat breakfest like a king. Eat an "average" healthy lunch. and eat dinner like a poor person. 1 snack inbetween breakfest and lunch and one in between lunch and dinner. Exercise exercise exercise. I would recommend going to the gym a few nights a week and doing cardio about 3-5 times a week. Go running for a good 20-30 minutes and eat healthy. No soda, no fast food. You wil notice the weight start dropping quickly.
P.S. DRINK LOTS OF WATER before all your meals and try not to eat after 7 or 8 pm. Just tought it out and go to bed w/o eating and you will be nice and hungry for your "King" breakfast.
