Yes. You can get oral thrush from vaginal thrush, it's all pretty much the same thing. The treatment is slightly different though. Go see a pharmacist or doctor and get some stuff for it and you'll be fine. Having the flu will make you more susceptible to any infection, so it will help you catch it faster and hang on to it longer.

thrush is a yeast infection and yes it is possible to pass it on to another person in the manner you refer too.
if you think you have thrush you don't have to even mention to the doctor how you might have got it . its a common problem people who take inhaled drugs such as ones for use in the management of lung problem can get thrush from the drugs use.
just go to the physician and let him have a look . oh the medicine you may get can be the worst tasting thing on earth. if you cant manage to take it as it says to just go back to the doctor and ask for the one babies get. i know how bad it tastes i have been there .one more thing being ill with any illness does make a person more susceptible to other illnesses yes

You can get oral thrush from taking inhaled steroids only if you dont rinse your mouth. Im sure the same applies.
