Vitamin B Complex will be the best vitamin.
Most B-complex vitamins cannot be stored in the body and must be replaced daily from food sources or supplements. B vitamins help maintain healthy skin, eyes, muscle tone and support the functions of the liver and central nervous system. They are also extremely important in helping to deal with depression, stress and anxiety. The variety of B vitamins are normally taken together but occasionally one B vitamin is used to treat a particular disorder. Deficiency in B vitamins can result in weakness, low blood counts, skin and hair problems, nervousness, poor night vision, tinnitus and hearing loss.Vitamin B-complex supplements appear to be effective in some patients with tinnitus by providing a stabilizing effect on the nerves."

Depends on what you mean. Vitamin C helps support your immune system so your body can handle it. The Vitamin B's are the best for lowering your stress and help you be less stressed to start with. Vitamin B-12, Vitamin B-6, I think it's those two specifically ... get a nice multivitamin with an extra push of Vitamin B's and you'll be good to go.

Stress tends to make the muscles tight eventually causing pain - for use when you are ready pick up a book called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It will teach you how to fix the pain yourself (which will help break the cycle of pain - caused by stress - causing pain. As strange as it sounds a heart specialist in CA recommends prenatal vitamins to his patients (even the guys) because they have the right thing to grow a body therefore to maintain one. But I would add only a time release B complex if you are just looking for stress.

You're going to look for B vitamins. Vitamin b12 is one i think of in particular. do not overdose-- that will cause more problems. Just take what's recommended. Also, let the vitamin dissolve very slowly under your tongue. No chewing. It needs to be absorbed slowely into the blood stream.

The B group, and fish oils, are by far the best for stress.
B6, 12, super B.
Not compex though, its not as good.
Minerals are very important too, magnesium, potassium etc, foods high in these along with the bonus of taking B group tabs, and a good fish oil capsule, Blackmores are the best, I believe.
