I'm 14 right now and I found out I have been growing taller extrmely fast lately, I would like to know what types of vitamins I should be tkaing, and if it would be better to take it seperatley or in something like centrum for kids or something. I have been taking Calcium supplement daily

I think that calcium is good for you bones, as well as a multivitamin just to cover your bases and for trace minerals you may need.

More importantly, eat healthily, avoid stuff that contain trans fats ("hydrogenated"-anything) and go for palm oil instead. The unsaturated oil actually has antioxidants and vitamins like tocotrienols, CoQ10 and beta carotene - all good for you.

Try to take up weight lifting, that will help with your muscles and bones. But make sure you ask for help and not just start ok?

you dont need calcium supplements you need milk and cheese, and cottage cheese, and yogurt. one normal daily vit is fine but you really dont need it, you need to eat good foods and no junk.

just play basketball, swim and drink lots of milk.
