It has been said on the news over the last day when talking about pandemics, that they last 4 months. Does anyone know why this is. I would have thought that they last as long as they last, and could not be defined in time.

I'm a little worried about what damage I might have cuased during my little drinking escapade and would like to know what I should get checked out. I don't have insurence nor do I have alot of moeny to spend so I'd like to know what I'm getting into before waltzing into the doctors office. I had a bit of abdominal pain in my stomach area sometimes after drinking so I am concerned mostly what might have caused that. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

What would u suggest? Is using a jump rope good at all? Cause that is cheap but it would be loud to the people below me. I have a bike for inside exercise but i wanted to add more to my routine. I thought maybe jump rope and weights just small ones for my arms? What do you think? What about lunges?

I've never had a massage before, and am going to have a maternity massage in about 2 weeks. I'm kinda weird about people touching me - not in an outrageous way - I just don't like real touchy feely ppl - especially ppl I don't know. With that said, do you think I should schedule a 30 min or an hour massage? Do you think once I'm getting it I'll enjoy it enough? I just don't want to feel awkward....

I went to the gym tonight and felt dramatically weaker as opposed to last weak, although before I went to the gym I was fresh (meaning I didn't have any sore muscles or anything, I rested over the weekend). I forgot to bring a bottle of water and was really parched after my first exercise, pull-ups.

Does this sound like I was dehydrated, and if so could this have been the reason for my apparent inability to work out on par with my previous weeks routine?

I know I need to do cardio for at least 30 minutes. I have a stair stepping machine which is convient for me because I have an 11 month old. But is doing mainly this type of cardio going to make my thighs huge? I usually do this 5-6 days a week for 35-45 minutes. Sometimes I will run. But the main thing is the stepper. I walk my son everyday in his stroller for about 30minutes also at medium pace.
