learn to enjoy the present instead of worrying about the future.going to sleep with worry on one's head will make it difficult to sleep. one trick which you can use to sleep is to become comfortable, then with eyes closed, start telling each part of your body to 'go to sleep'. by the time you go from toes to head, you will most likely be asleep!

Sleep is neccessary when the body gets tired of work or tension.So,you should try to keep yourself active at any time don't sit idle.You can also join a sports club. If you sleep after noon you better stop it.You also sleep early and get up early.Then you be succesful!!!!.
Note - you start practicing it now so that you will be able to in the future.
Practice makes the man prefect.

Take good balanced meal at night. Walk a distance of 500 metres at least. Use thick foam matress of at least four feet wide and four inch thick. Apply/spray very little perfume on pillow and the matress. Room should well be airy and clean. Lght a 'Sunny' or similar agarbatti if you wish. Go for sleep now.

I should be sleeping right now...

Just go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time.
At first you will not be well rested, but if you persist, your body will adjust hopefully. Wake up and go for a walk and dring juice or water, shower or wash you face. Enjoy the day. Don't drink coffee, espically in the afternoon or evening.

Go to sleep as early as 8-9PM and get up by 5-6AM. Read a book for half-hour initially to get you that sleeping routine. As long as you follow that schedule, you should get good sleep daily.

Here are some ideas:

Do heaps of exercise so you tired yourself out
Have a nice warm bath before bed
Drink a warm glass of milk before bed
Have a relaxing massage
Burn some lavender oil
Try to go to bed and think of a fantasy

Try waking up fast like wake up at 6 am and then u will feel sleepy very fast the following night carry on the same routine

Eat few hours before sleep. Try to leave all trouble outside bed room. Eat light and man pasand. Man pasand khana can give you good sleep.
