None of these tests are investigations of the vaginal area where the hymen once was located. The only way to check for intact hymen is a visual examination of the Vagina.
Why would anyone want to know or care whether the person they are testing is a virgin or not.? All treatments of this nature are confidential and non invasive anyway.
Urine colection is done by the patient in the bathroom after instruction on how to do it properly and then handed to the nurse or doctor. Blood tests are done from the arm and ultrasound is an abdominal investigation and does not show up areas of the vagina or the hymen.

Who wants this proof?. Is this some sick person who wants to be sure his bartered bride is intact before he pays for her?

Just to add to Try007's answer. Eating Cranberry raisins will also help the bladder infections just as well. The therapeutic ingredient is found in the skins of the cranberry and are condensed (packing more of a punch) when dried to a raisin. They're actually pretty good too. Match that with a bottle of 100% cranberry juice (not the cheap 24% stuff) and you should have no problems with that infection next time. Just start the little UTI cranberry diet at the first signs of infection next time.

A doctor can identify it visually. But she doesn't need to go to the Dr. for a urinary tract infection if you know how to cure it.

In the U.S. we have an over-the-counter drug called AZO for the pain. Pain will be gone upon first dose of AZO.

Get cranberry pills to cure it. Also get five bottles of cranberry juice, preferably pure cranberry from the health food store, or as big a % cranberry as possible. Drink at least one bottle of cranberry juice per day. More the better, but one a day did the trick for me. You can have a little bluberry juice too for variety--it's second best to cranberry for UTIs.

Take a bunch of the cranberry pills,
5 capsules three times a day. This is just cranberries, you can't overdose so don't worry.

A UTI is caused when the bacteria are hanging on to the tissue in the walls of the urinary tract or bladder. The bacteria can't hold on when the super-acidic cranberry hits them, and they simply let go. The infection will be gone in days, but continue drinking lots of water for at least a week.

The doctors only want to give you drugs you don't need (and charge you for the visits and drugs). Trust me on this one. You don't need to waste time on a Dr. visit. I'm all for synthetic medication when needed, but you just don't need it for a UTI.

My UTI symptoms were 100% eliminated in two days when I did the above. I continued with the cranberry juice for a week though. On the fourth day I began drinking less juice and taking more cranberry pills because the tartness was a bit to take. This was four years ago. I haven't had a reoccurrance. For a while I kept getting them. I had three in a one-year period. I think the antibiotics were trouble.

Absolutely not. Urinary infections are caused by many things. My little girls had a urinary infection at different times when growing up. Each time the doctor told me not to let them have bubble baths. Bubble bath can kill the natural bacteria and cause urinary infection.

Women use of tampons takes away signs of virginity.

No. But the inference could certainly be made -- not that it would matter.
