hey u dnt have to worry abt that. u know when u have any impact on any part of ur body first reaction of the body is the inflammation of the injured region..coz of ths there will be a little swelling or heaviness, may be not in some cases.. some will have littl pain.. the inflammation will come down in 2 or 3 days so just dont keep touching and disturbing that region where u had the impact..just take care

Although you may not be seriously injured I would have it checked out if I were you. Ringing in your ears,...could be a mild concussion or could be a sign of a more serious problem. Also if you are having pain in the area of the c-spine ...you could have a hairline fracture of a cervical vertebrae or you could end up with a pinched nerve and perhaps even worse problems in a few days. I work in the trauma unit and these things are serious. have a CT scan for peace of mind and also to diagnose potential problems and get a head start on correcting them if they are present. You really don't want to mess up your neuro status. it may never be the same again. Always get checked out after a trauma of any sort. ....by the way what you will be seeking is a CT scan of the head and C-spine. Good Luck

anytime there is an injury that involves the head-you should have it checked out within 24 hours.

i don't think at this point, a trip to the er is necessary but you should make an appt to see your family dr or head to the nearest urgent care if you don't have a family dr.

sometimes, head injuries can take up to 48 hours to appear, and by that time-they can become very serious and the symptoms are sudden and severe.

you could have damaged your ear drum or the bones and muscles in your back and shoulder areas.

make an appt within 24 hours to see your family dr or go to an urgent care

for pain you can take ibuprofen (if not allergic). take 200-400mg every 6 hours as needed but no more than 1200mg in 24 hours.

if you start to have any of the following symptoms-have someone take you to the er or call 911 do NOT drive yourself

-changes in vision (seeing black spots, blurriness)
-nausea/vomiting
-severe headache that won't go away
-confusion or feelings of faintness

I dont think so, there is no signs of concussion, sounds like some soft tissue and muscle soreness so id give your body some time to fix that up and you should hopefully be fine. If your worried go to the doctor as without a checkup as online advice isnt really appropriate for a suspected head injury.

From what you've said I think you've been very lucky. If you get any unusal sleepiness, headaches, changes in vision, weakness, strange sensations in your arms or legs go straight to the Emergency department because you could have a slow bleed in your head. Definitely go to your doctor to get it all checked out though, you might have done some damage to your ear or your neck. It is possible that you may have chipped a bone in your neck but it's unlikely and is probably muscular. Have an X-ray asap though

Yes it may be serious. It seems to have hurt your ability to type and spell. You are leaving out letters and using the letter D for the word "the". I would go see a doctor for this soon. Or try hooked on phonics. It has worked for many.

If you're that worried, you should go see a doctor. It's better safe than sorry.
