Hello dear, I do understand your worries. Maybe you suffer from moderate to severe acne ( that could be accompanied with formation of pustules, pus pimples, plenty of blackheads and oily complexion).
You need to take measures to treat the problem topically ( the skin affected) and inside. At any event, it'll be good to consult yourself with a dermatologist as you may need to take some antibiotics, Vitamins, etc. The healthy, balanced diet, with intake of plenty pure water, fresh juices and herbal teas is working always fine when comes to skin conditions.
Especially for pimples, pustules on the back, arms, chest the best pharmaceutical solution is Exfoliac Lotion of "Merck". Here is the link where you can see all details: http://www.exfoliac.com

Wish you luck!
Have a great day!

Just use the same products for acne (or pimples) that you would use on your face. Oxy will be a good choice. It contains benzoyl peroxide. To prevent pimples from developing on your back - perhaps a good way is to use a skin body exfoliator during your bath to remove dead skin cells on your back, or simply scrub off the dead skin cells using a towel.

My daughter was suffering from severe acne on her face back arms and chest, we went to the doctor and he perscribed a low dose antibiotic that she has been on for a year now, it is so low that you wont become immune to antibiotics, so they will still work when you are sick ect... She takes it twice a day and it took about a month to clear up completely and the difference was visable in a week. In this day and age no one needs to put up with acne! But try to remember that the acne will go away, but your inner beauty is what matters and that will remain. good luck!

Murad makes an acne body spray. It's probably expensive, but Murad is a truly incredible line of skin care products. Worth it.
