that will make me become emotionless fast, so i can become a zombie and finish school. I am very sad and i cant get out of my own head with my saddness. The thing is i really dont want to take somthing that takes weeks or months to work.. is there anything that has an imediate effect?

Jogging. It will increase the endophens in your brain making you happy. Also smile, just a normal smile. This increases endophens as well.

There are antipsychotics and sedatives that will work immediately, but antidepressants are much more subtle. Generally it takes a few weeks for antidepressants to reach a theraputic level in your system. I've found that effexor produced positive effects within week for me, but that's not the standard response.

All drugs take at least two weeks to start working. It's hard to wait, I know, but there's no fast-acting treatment yet. Depending on how bad you feel you could try jogging or something to increase endorphins, but I understand if that's beyond you at this point.

I've read that Remeron is the fastest acting antidepressant. Works quicker than the SSRIs. You have to take it at bedtime because it can make you sleepy if not taken at night...
