I'm only 15 and I've got a great crowd of friends but I don't like getting particularly close to them. When I'm invited out I make excuses to not go. I don't really get on with my parents and we argue alot. I've got a older brother and we don't speak. My sister died and so did my grandparents. I've tried councelling but I don't feel comfortable around people I don't know. I'm good at school but have no interest in it, so I do nothing while I'm there. I've been doing self harm for about a year and I'm sick of it. I also drink and take drugs. Please help me, I'm finding it hard to see past this point of my life - I'm pritty desperate !

I am having trouble dealing with my husband who gets extrememly motion sick in the car just riding or driving on the interstate. We went to a movie the other night and he said it made him sick to watch it, the lisghts movinf and the noise. He can't sit in the stands at my son's football games, just 10 ft off the ground. Is there anyone else out there suffering from this? His doctor is treating him for an earinfection now and says he has some fluid in there. THe next step is an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist. I thinkit is more psycological and it is anxiety attacks?

Ok if any one out there is anorexic or has struggled with it please answer this question...if I have not fully developed yet(in the chest area) and I know I have anorexia and I'm really really scared to gain weight will I develope more. I have been having this horrible pain in my left arm I got a tecnas shot (the kind you get when you step on a rusty nail only i didn't it was because i needed it for school or something) I don't know if it is because of the shot or anything. Anyways its above the back of my elbow and it hurts when I touch it or move the skin or when i strech the arm straight. Any help is good help. Thank You! : (

i bought those crest premium whitening strips, and the first 2 days i used as directed, twice a day. the thrid day i used it only once and then my teeth were sensitive the rest of the day. i didnt use them for 2 days, then used one again yesterday morning, and my teeth have been so sensitive since. i know i know, stop using them. i'll just do one every 2 days or so since thats apparently all i can handle, but until then, what can i do to make my teeth not so sensitive. i mean, its even sore to breath thru my nose!

Since November of last year, I have been getting red and discoloured spots on my hands, feet, and elbows. They can sometimes cause irritation and almost make me want to scratch at them. Can someone explain what it is and maybe some remedies for it please?

My period has been super crazy the last few months. Last month it was a week late, and then this month it was two weeks late. Ive never had this problem before, usually it is the same day each month or 1 day off. i don't want to sleep a lot.
is it okay i take a stay awake pill every morning??
i don't want to drink coffee.

my friend told me if i take a stay awake pill everyday, it will make me look old. what is it different between coffee and a sleeping pill?? you know people drink coffee everyday, what about taking a sleeping pill everyday?? instead, i don't take any coffein, like coffee or soda.

I find this really weird. I'm 15, and I have problems citing times tables from memory. E.g, to work out the 7 x ,7, I have to do 5 x 7 + 7 + 7. If asked to do times tables, I work them out from quick addition from the little times tables I can cite, which I am quite good at. No body knows this, of course I wouldn't tell anyone in real life. However, I'm better at logical problems in maths and I'm excellent at algebra. I'm so good, according to the teachers, that I've been asked to do a self study maths course in order to do my exam a whole year early. I'm in the minority who have been asked to take it early.

I can't seem to remember any patterns of numbers. We're expected to cite prime numbers, triangular numbers, squared numbers, etc. But I'm good at remembering words, which makes me good at languages.

So, how is it that I can be top of the class at maths, but I have trouble rememberign simple number pattens.

Anybody else has a similar problem? What could cause this?

I was 18 and was rear ended and got whiplash. Recently I selpt with my neck in the wrong alignment and woke up in pain, It just struck me today that the pain I am in reminds me of whiplash. All I did was sleep in the wrong position. I have been keeping up my exercises for my back and for fittness so I felt pretty good before this happend but now the pain is when I move my neck in any position. I have tried gently strching it and it alomost feels better until I release the strech and that is when it hurts. It hurt to swallow because the neck is so sore.

Should I just try to imobilize the neck or should I tyr to excerise it??

My kids and I suffer from occassional but severe migraines. So many people around me tell us we should lay off the acetaminophen because of health risks. Do you have an alternative that works for you? Especially non-prescription suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
