Running in place, dancing, calisthenics, crunches, leg lifts, isometrics, vacuuming at a fast pace, repainting the living room, mopping, cleaning... Get the picture? Do anything to burn calories. But to lose weight you must also consume less calories than you burn.

Don't consume alcohol--alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value.

Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Try to eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3g saturated fat and 3g sugars.

Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals.

If you don't wake up starving, then you ate too much the day before.

Push ups, sit ups, crunches, jumping jacks, stretches, jogging in place, kicks/punches, free weights

Pretty much anything you can imagine - you don' t have to run out and buy a bunch of equipment. Just do the standard exercises to keep in shape.

tummy tucks
you can do them in your home, car, movies, church etc
see info commercial on Tony's AB machines. or any other one that is cheap..TV
stomach crunches, sit ups jumping jacks leg lifts
use weights for you upper arms and upper body
toe touching
but stretch exercise before any exercise program

Get workout tapes that you enjoy. I've been using the TurboJam videos and I get a great sweat on! Good luck!

purchase a yoga or pilates tape and exercise every morning when you get a free hour to yourself.
