take a photo of yourself in your swim suit or where you think you look really bad/fat/old/whatever and stick it on your fridge or cuboard or wherever in the house you get your junk food from.

Take a proper look at the photo and think to yourself do you want to look fatter/older/worse than the photo from a the relatively small amount of pleasure you'll get from the junk food OR do you want to improve your body (your temple) and run up and down the stairs 5 times!

Finds healthy alternatives that you actually like to substitute the junk food. Eat the versions on a regular basis and save the junk for very special occasions.

If you don't buy it, it won't be in the house for you to eat. That may be a bit extreme, so you could also try putting it away in a place that's not very easily accessible. For example, if you stash it on top of your cabinets or far to the back on the top of your fridge, you'll probably need a step ladder to get to it. It helps to cut down on the impulse snacking, but you can still periodically have some if you REALLY want it bad enough (just be sure to put away the ladder, etc. once you're done!). Try to keep healthier snacks in the fridge...I usually prefer cut-up celery or baby carrots, but I suppose any fruit or vege will work just fine.

Do a little research, and find some snacks that are healthy that you ACTUALLY enjoy! Trust me, they do exist.

What about popcorn? Air-popped (without oil or butter) is a very smart snack choice -- or microwave popcorn that says 94% fat free. It's also full of fiber and very filling.

What about fruit? I always forget about how much I love apples when I haven't had them in awhile.

Pick out your favorite healthy snacks and stock up -- so when you're munchy they're around, and you can pass on the bad stuff.

Good luck!

WATER! and don't have junk food in the house!!!!!!!!

Learn to cook better foods (not that that will help you loose weight, but it will help you to eat better).

Also when you grocery shop, never shop hungry.

INSTANT WILLPOWER
twice a day...a.m. and p.m. 1 tablespoon EXTRA LIGHT OLIVE OIL
one hour before..no caloric intake...one hour after no caloric intake.
some people take both portions once a day and you pick the best time to do this
what it has done was reduce my craving for junk food.
