I wear flip flops but there is a time I forgot them..am i at danger?

From one exposure? Probably not. It also depends on how well they clean the floor.
Keep in mind that the shower area is probably fairly clean. It gets flooded regularly, and with soapy water too. I'd be more concerned about the area around the lockers.

It is possible...quite possible. However, if you have none of the typical symptoms of athlete's foot or whatever, I wouldn't be too concerned at this time.
