I have been having this horrible pain in my left arm I got a tecnas shot (the kind you get when you step on a rusty nail only i didn't it was because i needed it for school or something) I don't know if it is because of the shot or anything. Anyways its above the back of my elbow and it hurts when I touch it or move the skin or when i strech the arm straight. Any help is good help. Thank You! : (

You could try an ice pack to the sore area,then a heat pad after 24 hours. Take some Ibruprophen for pain and swelling etc. If this doesn't resolve itself soon,you may need to see your MD. Take care. SW RNP

Whoever gave you the shot may have bruised the muscle in your arm. Use it a lot and see if it isn't better in 2 to 3 days, if not or it gets worse, check with the Dr.

it could be tennis elbow,or you may want to see an orthopedic who speacializes in elbows
