can you bleach your own skin? does it hurt, is it expensive, what?

Note: in case you ask,
I regularly wash my feet with water 1-3 times a day
It doesn't smell bad, just has a very slight smell

While studing my body build I noticed that I have lots of muscle mass I guess it's hereditary....I was always an average size but heavy on the scale. My question is that while exercising should I include weights in my routine because everytime I get on the scale I get heavier but my clothes isn't getting too small for me nor too big. Does anyone have a solution?

I have been having pressure in my chest. I am 22 year old with a pacemaker and asthma. So, i took my xopenox nebulizer and now i feel worse. I feel short of breath,jittery, and still pressure in my chest. Why would the nebulizer make me worse.

I was just reading the following on xolair.com:

I'm not sure how this med works-but...IN THEORY...could this med be used not only to control allergic asthma but to control allergies in general??? Like food and enviromental allergies???

I know my wisdom teeth are impacted, and I have a consultation booked in 2 months for removal. But for the past 3 or 4 days, the spot where the top right wisdom should be has been absolutely KILLING me! I take 4 Advil at a time, and it doesn't do much. It's inturrupting my sleep and I'm just in SEVERE pain. Today it feels a lot better, but I still have a little pain and a lot of pressure. Plus this morning when I woke up my gum area was really swollen and was leaking a little puss. Can this happen from an impacted wisdom tooth trying to break thru under my back molar, or is it an abscess?

I am 5'7 and 140lbs. I'm not really trying to loose any weight I just want to tone up my body so that it looks tight and not saggy and I start to turn into an old woman. ('I'll be 31 on Feb 27)

I have started light jogging and doing sit ups and have tried push ups but have discovered that I am not physically able to do one. I have started by doing about 5 stove push ups. (leaning against the stove and pushing up) and I have been doing a couple of coffee table push ups. (sitting with my back to the coffee table with arms behind me pushing up and down)

Is there anything else I could be doing to tone up my body? I don't have time to go to a gym so all of my exercises have to be done at home or outside.

But I am not smoking now. I quit 4 days ago. How will this effect me? I am on chantix so the cravings are not bad at all.

My husband is 6'4, and weighs 267lbs. and is very big boned like (Paul Bunon), and was told by his family doctor on Friday not to eat anyhting white, for the next 30 days,please help me to find foods he can eat and will enjoy.My husband has a stressful job,working as a Highway Dept. worker and he his also very active.We would apperciate anyone's help.Thanks.
