While studing my body build I noticed that I have lots of muscle mass I guess it's hereditary....I was always an average size but heavy on the scale. My question is that while exercising should I include weights in my routine because everytime I get on the scale I get heavier but my clothes isn't getting too small for me nor too big. Does anyone have a solution?

yes you should include weights,and you are probably big boned.
