You could talk to your school counselor if there is one at your school, or maybe you could even start a group for teens who need to talk about these things and have regular sessions where you get together to "stress-out" about all the things that stress you out!!!You could even name it that! STRESS OUT!!

You can try to talk to a school counselor or someone or find a counselor in your area. Or maybe you can talk to one of your teachers. I know when I was a teen, I had trouble finding people to talk to so I turned to one of my teachers who introduced me to the school counselor and it really helped. My parent's made me feel uncomfortable when I talked to them and my friends didn't seem to care or understand what I was going through. So I found a person who could look at how I'm feeling from a professional and objective view. After High School I found a therapist in my area to talk to. I've been seeing her for about 4 or 5 years now and it really helps to have someone to talk to. But sometimes people have a hard time finding a therapist they feel comfortable with. If you decide to do this, keep in mind, you can always change therapists. It's hard to talk to someone if you can't feel comfortable around them. Hang in there.
In the mean time, if you need someone to correspond with, my email is xindy924@yahoo.com. I'd love to try to help you in any way I can. I might also know what you are going through. I was a teen not too long ago. I'm 22 now and I gotta admit, it does get better. Take care.

Find a counselor in your area. (Your physician can usually recommend one to you.) This is precisely the types of issues that a counselor is trained to help with. They are there to listen and help you talk out how to deal with these aspects of life. Good luck!
