She went to the doctor and took all the meds needed, but it made her feel nauseaus. Now whenever I get close she freaks out because of what has happened twice before. Its starting to affect our relationship. I tell her that its ok, and I'm here and everything I can think of to make her at ease.. but its not a good feeling when your gf thinks "she's broken". anyone come across something similiar?

A diet with 0 amounts of: alcohol, caffeine, refined sugars, processed foods, additives, and preservatives. Maximize: raw fruits, vegetables, and grains. Moderate to low amounts of: red meat, poultry, and dairy. Mind you I have a normal BMI, I just want to experiment around with certain food groups and record data. Thoughts?

I have annorexia. It's not the huge problem where I'm like 6 foot and weigh 92 pounds. I just need some help conquering this before I go insane, and before it gets out of control. I cannot go to my school about this, and I cannot check in to somewhere. My parents will freak and put me into a mental institution. HELP!!!!

It happens a lot in public (It's just one sharp jerk like I'm shaking it form side to side, or my head occasionally whips to one side as turning, to go back to normal position). I don't mind if it's in private, but in pubilc it's embarrassing (Then again, everybody on my course thinks I'm a weirdo anyway....)

Explanations and suggestions would be helpful.

Hello I would like to know more about what you know about the effects of irregular sleeping hrs.

I'm a college student, I bought a laptop and got internet connection this past year. I did not know how to deal with this and eventually got to the point where I was on the internet until 2 o 3 am or even until 6 am.

although I did sleep that late, I did slept until 11 am or so. So I did get sleeping hours but just at irregular times. I mention this because sometimes irregular sleeping hours is tought to be the same as sleep deprivation (not sleeping enough hours).

So I did sleep liki 6 -8 hours but just went to bed late and slept late. Sometimes went to bed at 1:00 am, 2:00 am , 3:00 am

I know now that this was wrong.

But what would be the effects of having done that for the entire past year? Do neurons burn out, will I get sick, I don't know. I just feel bad for having made such poor decisions.

I know I have to clean house, but I have a hard time getting motivated to do it--especially if I am the only one who is going to see it for a while. I've found that listening to my iPod helps, but what else is good self-motivation to get the job done???

This is the second time I had weed, the second time was like 6 months ago. I did not get high from the hit I had yesterday. I am looking for a new job, and not sure how long it will take the weed to get out of my system. Is their a way to flush it out of my system.

My usual reaction to any type of challenge or conflict is to curl up in a ball and hide. I don't want to do that anymore. I want to go into a situation and know that I can handle whatever will happen. How can I prepare myself for any situation (dating, job interview, talking to my boss, meeting new people) in a positive and mature way?

I'm 22 years old, have never smoked, done drugs or drank alcohol.I have numbing in my left pinky and ring finger. Now in my lips. This has been off and on for a month until it be came constant a couple days ago. I have really lousy dr.s in my area who don't know a thing. (didn't diagnose my babies thrush, my moms lupus, said allergic reaction was in my head, later discovered i was indeed allergic). I don't have a car so i can't see a different dr. and am not even going to bother going to mine.
