Im trying to find the right RED lipstick for me! Im fair, and blonde and need it for Valentines day!?

I have a friend who is also fair and blonde, and she looks amazing with a matte dark red color. She has blue eyes and it really brings them out. If bold dark red is too much to start with, try a red-tinted lipgloss.
To find the perfect color, try going to a department store like Belk that has a makeup counter and experiment with different colors until you find the right one! Good luck.
