I ate on a restricted diet. I eat only chicken and vegetables. I exercise a lot about 1.5 hrs.. On my vacation I ate a lot of sugar like suckers about 30 in 2 day. I exercise about 45 minutes. I am not complaining about losing weight but I don't understand why I lost 7 pounds!

You said you were on a restricted diet, so you probably weren't getting enough calories. Plus you exercised a lot, and when you exercise that much you actually need to eat more. So between eating too little and exercising too much, you body was trying to hold on to fat to keep from starving.

You have to find the right balance between calories and exercise. Sounds like you increased your calories and decreased your exercise and that's working for you, so just keep it up :)

Need more details. You were on a restricted diet and worked out, but cheated with the snack and worked out less when on vacation, yet you still lost weight? What workouts do you do? What other foods during the vacation were you eating other than the suckers?

Well suckers don't have fat in them. They say you should eat 6 times a day, to lose weight. Plus when your on vacation, you are doing a lot of activities, and not worrying about your weight. I'm sure thats why you are losing.

You could have what is called the tap worm inside. My husband told me he had it and he kept on losing weight but he doesn't have it anymore or you could have a diease like a friend of his has can't remeber what he told me she had but she can't put on wait for nothing. It's proably a mental health prolbem. You should get that checked out. Usually when you eat sugar like you did you gain wait not lose it so I say there's a serouis prolbem you have.

When you eat a lot of sugar, your metabloism naturally rises to burn that sugar away. When your metabolism is higher, you lose weight faster.
