i want to loose 5 pounds by april or at least by bikini season and i walk about 4 times a week. does anyone know if this is possible?

5 pounds does not seem much. So, I will venture to say that between your walking and a proper diet, It will be achievable.

How much/long do you walk? Industry/medical professionals seem to always change the amount of minutes one should exercise for an "effective" cardio, weight-loosing routine. It used to be 20min but has gone considerably higher since introduced. Last time I checked, it was about 60+mins

5 lbs in that amount of time should be easy. Try getting a few more intense workouts in every week (like a run instead of a walk) and cut out a couple hundred calories a day.

definitely possible. Eat healthy, and maybe kick up your exercise a bit.

You need to give us more info. than that. It largely depends on your eating habits. If you are eating healthy, sure it's possible.

I use to weight 335 and i lost 100lbs and yes, it is possible if you put your mind to it. i
