A diet with 0 amounts of: alcohol, caffeine, refined sugars, processed foods, additives, and preservatives. Maximize: raw fruits, vegetables, and grains. Moderate to low amounts of: red meat, poultry, and dairy. Mind you I have a normal BMI, I just want to experiment around with certain food groups and record data. Thoughts?

It sounds healthy---except that you might want to make sure that you are getting enough non-meat/dairy protien (beans/rice/etc.).
