I was down there performing my weekly duty and saw a weird little bump on her "lip". Should I tell her about it?

yes, please tell her. it could be something as simple as an ingrown hair, but wouldnt you feel better knowing she had it checked out to make sure it wasnt something you could get?

Of course you should tell her. And don't be all weird about it. Just mention that while you were "performing your weekly duty" (what a lame description for such an intimate act of love, BTW), you noticed that she had a bump that she may not be aware of and might want to have checked by the doctor.

Its probably nothing more than an infected gland, but better safe than sorry.

It is almost certainly nothing, but you may as well mention it, in case she needs it looked at (not that that is the most pleasant prospect for any woman!!!). probably noting more than a spot from a plucked hair!

Being it is her body, she might already notice it, but just in case. I would tell her anyway. She should go to the doctor to get it checked out.

Depends on what kind of bump.. if she shaves it could be an ingrown hair. if it is a cyst looking bump it could be something else. I would say ask her to make an appointment to get it checked that you are concerned.

Yes, it could just be a pimple or a boil of some type...but it could be an STD like herpes, and in that unfortunate case you have it already.

Tell her in a nice way like " I am concerned for your safety, can we go get this looked at?"
go to the doctor!
please be safe and good luck

Tell her exactly that. Comfort her if she freaks out and then take her to the doctor.
