Unfortunately there is no fast way. And you can't target only one specific area of your body. Lose weight by eating healthy and exercise. I would start with cardio then add in strength training (including ab work). It'll take time, but you will see the love handle disappear!

lose weight and work your obliques,thats what they are.and eat helthier.
