-Get out more, talk to people a lot.
-Stop being on the computer so much, if you're an internet addict anyways.
-Spend your time going out as much as you can. You can't be active if you're sitting around the house reading.
-Make sure to spend a lot of time around people. Even if you don't have anything else to do, go visit a relative or a friend to find something to do other then sit :)

The obvious answer is: Think of what you want to do, and then do it! Get out there! Join a club or take up a hobby.
But are you struggling with social anxiety, where you find meeting people really uncomfortable? If so then you should try to find some support for that - look it up on the internet or get a book about it, or find out how to get some professional support for it (councelling) - this can be very very useful, and it is better to find support now rather than struggle on for years and years without dealing with the problem.
Have fun, and good luck.

I think volunteering, joining a club or even a church is the easiest way to meet people because it's a structured environment.
