What causes leg and foot cramps? Someone once told me that vitamin B eliminates these, is that true?

about two nights ago, i woke up and my arm was just NUMB. i figured i slept on it because it felt like rubber ! (this is just my lower left arm). recently i have had a bit of chest pain on the left, and strain really, which has gotten better. but now i have this. i carry a backpack everyday, and it can get heavy fromt textbooks. right now, its only my left lower arm thats getting numb. and last night it was a trauma to get to sleep because of it. i dont have any severe pain, just the tingling. and anything cold against it feels wet. i don't know if its a pinched nerve, and my mother is hesitant to take me to the hospital, what should i do ?!

i have been diagnosed with pomphylix eczema (ten years ago). The most recent flare up has lasted for about 7 months now, and its driving me crazy. Does anyone out there know of any treatment i could try? I am desperate and would try pretty much anything. I think i have exhausted all the creams and lotions route, and none of them work for me. Last year i broke my talus bone and three of my metatarsals, apparently it all healed well so why recently does my ankle give way almost causing me to fall over? I 've also got a dull ache most of the time and sometimes a sudden overwhelming pain shoots through my whole foot, its really getting me down.

till 10th i was a rigirous hockey player nad martial artish..
pumped in about 5 kms a day(fast jogging)
now in 11th nad due to study pressure amnt exercising much ..
my legs were really good with a slim lower tendon and a bulgy huge calf...but recently the lower tendons have growing and calves the same a funny look and now i cant even pull a 1500m comfortbly could someone tell why nad what should i do to stop it even if i cant jog everyday!

I didnt consult with the lawyer but i was wondering if anyone knows how much I can ask for settlement. I never been in the car accident before and I dont even drive yet I was just got my permit to learn how to drive before the accident and now probably wont drive for a while as I got really scared.
So i dont know if i even need to go to a lawyer since the other party not even arguing the fault and admit the responsibility.
