It's normal. They come in all shapes and sizes. You can check out a site, I think it's called rate a rod, or rate my rod, or something like that. Do a search on it. They have plenty of pictures of normal guys (i.e. non adult film actors) members. You can compare. You won't have the most impressive and you won't have the least impressive. It's a good site to let you see how normal you really are though.

A curved rod can be easily straightened. Take it to a ironsmith. He will heat it in a furnace for a while and then hammer it straight.
