I didnt consult with the lawyer but i was wondering if anyone knows how much I can ask for settlement. I never been in the car accident before and I dont even drive yet I was just got my permit to learn how to drive before the accident and now probably wont drive for a while as I got really scared.
So i dont know if i even need to go to a lawyer since the other party not even arguing the fault and admit the responsibility.

i would appreciate any feedback.

Thank you,

One again we see the shame of an entitled society... things happen that are not always controlable. Why is the first thought in American society, "Who can I sue and how much can I get?"

you will discuss this with a lawyer you hire. they should not ask for any money up front if they are legit. the jury or judge will award damages based on the testimony given. you need to be seen by a doctor so it can be documented. the blame of the wreck is in the police's accident report, you need to go get a copy. you need a lawyer to protect your rights, if not you can bet that you will be taken advantage of by the insurance company!! Get the yellow pages out and look for personal injury attornies and call the names you recognize first. Good luck and be smart.

If you do not have legal representation, then the other person's insurance company will offer you a settlement based on that person's insurance coverage. You will basically be at the mercy of the insurance company.

If you have legal representation, then your lawyer will fight to get you the most money possible. Of course, he'll then take 1/3 of is for his fee.

To get maximum compensation you need a lawyer to argue your case. The insurance company of the other driver will pay out the minimum they can (they have profit margins to think about!) and you need a representative who is on your side;

Call a lawyer. They are scoundrels and will be on your side.

Remember it will cost you no money, if they make no money. Have you seen those cheesy lawyer commercials on TV?

Nerve damage on your tibia is a ridiculous claim. Forget it.

i would consult a lawyer if you know it wasn't your fault, and fight to get the money you so rightfully deserve.
