Don't get on any diet program. If you want to lose some weight, do the followings:
1. Monitor what you eat. Calories, fat, sugar, and carb. Control
fat and sugar intake especially.
2. Cut down on your portion size. Eat your salad first. This
will help you feel full lot faster. And eat slowly. The brain
start sending signals that you had enough in about 20 minutes.
Take your time eating.
3. Ditch sugar.
4. Eat breakfast everyday. Oatmeal, fruit, no donut, or anything
which has high in suguar. Good breakfast will boost
metabolism.
5. Drink lots of water. Flush out the bad stuff.
6. Drink Green Tea. Don't add sugar. May be honey.
7. Exercise at least 3 times a week. 30-minutes fast walk will
do you a good. You have to walk FAST. That's the key.
Make sure you swing your arms. If you can, carry small
weights. If you can get peridometer, use it. Walk at least
10,000 steps a day.
8. Get sufficient sleep.
9. Don't get yourself stressed out.
10. Try to walk everywhere...park your car far away from the
entrances.
11. Ditch sodas. It is not good for you whether it is regular or
diet.
12. Do not eat after 8 p.m. If you get hungry, drink a glass of
water or warm skim milk. I know warm skim milk does
not sound good, but it calms you down and make you feel
full too. If you cannot drink it, add little honey.
13. For snacks, get 100 calorie packs and eat slowly. Or snack
fruits, celery, carrots. Small amount of almonds and
walnuts are good also.
If you can keep up with this about 4 weeks, you should be able to fit in to one (1) size smaller in clothing. If you try to lose weight fast, you will gain it back faster and more. That's why I said not to get on to any diet program. If you cannot continue the program rest of your life, which majority of people cannot, it does not worth being on it. Best way to lose weight is to exercise, healthy eating habits, and determination. You may want to read a book called "You On A Diet". This book shows you how to change your life style, exercise plans, and eating habits.

I firmly believe that weight watchers is the best weight loss program on the market. Last year I was prescribed a medication that caused me to gain weight to the tune of 2 lbs per week. By the time I was done with the medication I had gained 20 lbs. I, who seriously have ZERO will power was able to loose the 20 pounds in the two months before my scheduled vacation to Miami. I did it by using weight watchers.com; I didn't go to any meetings. All I did was track my food and exercise (which I did once in the whole 2 months). The best part about it is that at the supermarket they now how all these like 100 calorie bags of like every snack food you could ever wish for and weight watchers makes low calorie bread and ice cream treats. I seriously can't stress to you how amazing this worked for me. I am actually back on it because I want to loose a couple more pounds for my wedding. I have been on it for 3 days and have lost 2 pounds. Which is so awesome cause I have been eating so much good food, just the right food! You should seriously check it out. I think they offer like a weeks free trial. That is how I got into it. I also think that right now they have a special where you don't have to pay the sign up fee!

Only eat when you are hungry. Eating six small meals a day is much better than eating two large ones. Your stomach will actually shrink so you will not feel as hungry and you will have more energy throughout the day. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, even if it''s just walking. Eat balanced meals; try to aim for a balance of protein, complex carbs (not refined sugars), and "good" fat (like the kind found in olive oil and nuts) with every meal.....Don't migrate towards diet sodas or fat-free junk food. If you have to eat junk, go for the real thing, but only have a little. Never DEPRIVE yourself, because that only leads to obsession! Also, avoid fad diets which deprive your body of any specific ingredient or food group. These diets might work for awhile, but you will eventually gain the weight back, and in many cases, MORE. Also, losing weight is easier if you have a support system. Friends, co-workers, website forums, weight-loss groups, etc. might help with the motivation. Good luck to you!

Hi there, To lose weight, the best thing is to do cardiovascular exercises like biking, jogging, walking at a fast pace ( the intensity should be high since you want to lose fat quick ) ...You are supposed to do them on an empty stomach in the morning or in the evening. The reason why we do it on an empty stomach is bcos u dont hav any food in ur body that it needs fuel to get energy for u to do that exercise.. Then, your body resorts to burning the body fat as a fuel. Do cardio for 40-45 mins 6-7 times a week. But, note this that cardio takes 30% and diet takes 70%. So eat 4-5 small meals a day which contains low carbs, high quality protein ( lean read meat such as chicken breast, nuts ( they hav good fats which make u lose bodyfat and good for general health ), beans, turky, tuna ) and lot of vegetables ( dont eat junk food like french fries or McDonal food or stuff ). By eating smaller meals more frequently the metabolism become fast and it help ur body put in an anabolic state which is good for losing fat. And avoid eating sugary food , sweets and the likes. Try to hav less stress ( just try to think that argument or whatever problem is not gonna kill u that you dont really hav to care much, for example). And try to get restful sleep around 7 hrs a day. SO, that is everything u hav to do. You will see the difference in 2-3 mths if u follow them strictly.
truth be told that alcohol , beer is very fattening and it decreases ur testosterone level resulting in estrogen increase which encourage ur body to gather more and more fat. And Fruits !! when losing fat, avoid fruits bcos they contains sugar and stuff which are fattening. Good luck :)
P.S.. make sure your breakfast is very nutritious,,, eat it right after u are done doing cardio.

I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"??? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there. They have a meal plan too to go with it. I feel great..... go to the website and check it all out for yourslelf. People have before and after pics up there too. If you're interested in it, sign up with them (it's free). Let me know if you have anymore questions. I'm on that site too. email me if you have any problems or anything. Good Luck!

A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck. You can also get more information about nutrition from this site:

You can go to http://www.MyPhiladelphiaFitnessExpert.com to receive free fitness reports....
but in a nutshell what you want to do is follow a well designed fitness program that includes the 3 most important factors when it comes to weight loss.
1. Resistance Training- work your muscles so that they build 'resistance' to the same amount of work. This will allow you to burn more calories and increase your metabolism.
2. Cardio INTERVALS- fast, slow, fast, slow... repeat for up to 20-30 minutes.
3. Proper Nutrition- stay away from low carb, low fat diets, they will only make you lose weight in the begining but you will end up gaining most of it back.
You need to have a diet that can be more of a lifestyle than a diet.
These 3 must work in conjunction for you to see great results.
if you don't feel like guessing and hoping you get it right check out my friend Ryan Lee's site at http://www.freeworkoutpass.com
it has over 43 fitness websites that are jampacked with real workouts that were designed by real people, not computers.
Check it out at http://www.freeworkoutpass.com

A fruit cleanse and a coffee drink. They've been working wonders.
My husband, staff and friends all lost weight from it. Even after eating buffets and roti-prata (an oily, heavy carbo pancake) for 5 nights.
Not one person took it and didn't visibly lose weight and inches. Min. time to see results: 4 days. Max. time to see results: 3 weeks. Cost: SG$45/box, (about US$28) 20 sachets/box.
Ingredients: (all food)
-- Whey protein is a good antioxidant, destroys free radicals and improves our immune system.
-- Red yeast rice can reduce fat and lower cholesterol.
-- Soluble Fibre reduces the risk of constipation and improves our digestive system.
-- Fructose can prevent diabetics and high cholesterol.
-- Grape seed extract: Inhibits potentially harmful enzymes as well as improves blood circulation.
-- Lingzhi : Improves the immune system, prevents heart disease and cancer.
-- Green tea is a good antioxidant agent and it can improve blood circulation.
-- Natto Beans : Helps clear blood clots in the blood vessels
