How to wash the up-body back?

and also is the back more subject to perspiration than other body parts?

No, you will perspire the most usually from your head...it gets to the boiling point the fastest.

As far as washing your back, get a backwasher...the 12-16 inch handle with a scrungee at the end of it....Wet it, soap it up and scrub away...then rinse.

You could buy one of those back scrubber things.

I'm kind of on the small side so I can wash my back just fine.

I wouldn't say that the back is more subject to sweat or maybe your feet.
