Yeah.. Dont stick your finger in your throat when your done eating! (sorry) Also sweetie, dont worry about your weight sooo much.. I know alot of people that are over weight that carry themselves soo good, that they are prettier then the skinny girls. Dont let what other people think about you. If you can be happy in your skin thats all that matters. You are still young and you have alot of growing up to do, dont make yourself sick on worryin about your weight. I had the issues in highschool thinking about my weight like it meant everything. When i got outta highschool and got into the real world you will realize that your weight isn't at ALL as important as people in school make it out to be. So just hang in there and you'll be ok! :0) And if you are throwing up from whatever it is that your eating.. just eat healthier and then you will feel better about eating it and then hopefully you wont be as tempted to throw it up! Good Luck! and Hopefully you can get through this ok! :0)

A support group may be the way to go. There are more young people out there with eating disorders than you might think. Finding a group of others in your same situation would likely be very comforting to you. Therapy may also be an option. Either of these may help you come to realizations that you are not alone in your struggle and that you are worthy of good things in your life.

With this said, you may also want to keep in mind that the weight loss methods used in bulimia are often counter-productive and dangerous to one's health. For instance, vomiting damages the throat and teeth, and releases only a small amount of the calories taken during a binge. If this is how your bulimia has been developing, your weight may increase instead of going down. If you can, it is better to concentrate on learning how to feel content with yourself and eating regular meals without vomiting.

Having problems with one's body and food intake really sucks. Those are things that one lives with every moment of the day. I am sorry that you are having these difficulties, and I hope that you find people whom you can trust and talk this over with. I wish you the health that you deserve.

Until you are able to get into your group, maybe you could think about changing your focus from your weight to your level of fitness. Make being HEALTHY your goal, instead of being skinny. If you eat healthy foods and get daily exercise, your weight will manage itself.
The fitness and health of your body is something you have a great deal of power over.
Take good care of your body, dear. It needs to last you a long long time. And if you start damaging it now, it will run out of reserves when you are older. Treat it like it is precious, because it is! It is the vehicle for your soul for the rest of your life.
Best wishes to you! I know you can overcome this!

Part of eating disorder is usually that the body is starved for some nutrient, and is driving a person to try to get what is needed. Try to add a little of a number of "nutrient dense foods" to your diet. I would suggest nutritional yeast (about a tablespoon in a glass of V-8 juice) because I believe "B" vitamin deficiency might be a part of it.
