Gargle with warm salt water..you can take some tylenol or ibuprophin if your not able to take any asprin...no need for antibiotics yet...too many ppl take antibiotics to early and get amuned to them and they don't work all the time..juice lots of it..get some rest you might need it...vitiman c helps..and some throat drops...if it continues and you have a fever for a few days then go to the Drs. but other than that toughin up as i would say....LOL...good luck...

Could be strep. If it is you need to be on antibiotics a.s.a.p. Strep is very contagious and if left untreated can cause kidney problems. Go see a doctor for the throat swab; it's better to be safe than sorry.

try some spirits of turpentine, get it at a drugstore, and a pinch of salt in warm water. Add a few drops of the spirits of turpentine though. Ans gargle with a a few times a day.

Try 'Hall fruit breezers', after eating half a pack your throat should be back to normal. If not then you may want to go and see a doctor because it could be something serious.

throat lozenges will help numb the throat and alleviate the pain. if u get a fever it could be strep....

hopefully, Lozenges will help you...
as for me, they never help me much...
i normally drink starfruit juice with salt added to relieve my sore-throat. and rinse my mouth with salt water.
