till 10th i was a rigirous hockey player nad martial artish..
pumped in about 5 kms a day(fast jogging)
now in 11th nad due to study pressure amnt exercising much ..
my legs were really good with a slim lower tendon and a bulgy huge calf...but recently the lower tendons have growing and calves the same a funny look and now i cant even pull a 1500m comfortbly could someone tell why nad what should i do to stop it even if i cant jog everyday!

pl. don advice me abt growin my calves they are fine just that i need to stop the unwanted growth of my lower lef tendonw the muscles in the portion of my leg below nad back of my knees....!

There is a quick and easy calf exercise you can do. Stand with the ball of your foot on a stair or step with your heels hanging off the edge. Rise to your tip toes and back down. Do that as many times as you can several times a day, and before long your calves will be back to looking great : )

Stretch them out more often and take asprin or ibprofin before running.
