It seems every time I think I might lose a pouind or two I pack on 3 more. Then I feel like I failed, go on a bender for a day or two then start all over again. I can't lose on Atkins either. I either stay the same weight or gain a few pounds.

If you've lost weight on the flex points system with Weight Watchers would you please give me some pointers. I'm starting all over again for a 3rd week. First week, 2 pound loss, 2nd week 5 pound gain. This week I'm trying fresh fruits and whole grains. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I know people yawn when they are bored or tired, but why does the body do it and why can't you force yourself to stop once it comes on? I figured that our bodies need a boost of air in our lungs and that is what I thought yawning purpose was, is there a different one?

my head and my throat hurt really bad. my back hurts whenever I move and my stomach hurts. i get strep throat alot but im not sure if this is it. its been going on for about three days and im not sure if i should go to the doctor since i dont think this is just like a cold. what should i do? please help. thanks

First for a couple of days like 3 or 4 I had soar throat, then for couple weeks and even today I have a bad cough but no flu or temputure. I cannot go to a Doc cause of insurance and stuff like that and I have been taken lots of med for it. What is going on?

ok so i posted about this last week and figured i should do it again. my period is LATE (the 15th) and since the week before ive been havin major cramps that make me dizzy, and sometimes sick. I even get them to the point where i feel it in my legs? Ive had cysts before and this feels totally different, i only feel dizzy and sick when im cramping so it couldnt possibly be pregnency....any ideas or people that have had this would be helpful.

I landed hard on my tailbone and lower back. It was super painful to walk, sit, or, stand the rest of the day. Today the throbbing pain is gone. Now it's a dull ache and nauseousness and I have a bruise spreading up my back. Any advice?

I am eight weeks pregnant and I have been having horrible stomach cramps and when I went to the hospital I was told I have a cyst on my right ovary which is very small he said, but still causes me pain. When I am in pain does this irritates or affects the baby? and Will they ever go away or will I have to have them remove before or after my baby is born?

In my family my grandmother on my mother side is known for having cyst problems and she always have to have them removed. Will this happen to me to since it happens to my grandmother and What will happen to my Baby?

I mean i was prescribed antibiotics aswell, but was told the infection will come back and have to be refered to Hospital, but is there any other way to solve this and how come i got a abcess where there is a crown and no tooth, so tooth abstraction is out of the question then? and also ive been told if i want to get a bridge i will have to go private BUT i dnt work and get income and have had bridge before so are they just lazy and dont want to do this?
