Crash dieting is basically going off of food and only drinking water, it is very dangerous to you health and much of the weight that you lose is going to be muscle, when you recover from it you are going to gain the fat right back and possibly even more fat. Do not do it.

Crash dieting is starvation dieting. You cut out an entire food group or skip meals daily. This sets you up for food cravings where you return to your former eating habits.

one of my best friends starved herself for about 2 month til i got her 2 eat again
she lost over 50 pounds ..mostly muscle and when she went to the doctor he told her she lost so much muscle and her immune system is pretty much outta work
he also told her if she gets sick now with a serious cold or somethin even more serious she can die
if you wanna lose weight work out, eat less but dont stop eating at all
there are healthier ways than starving yourself
