It seems every time I think I might lose a pouind or two I pack on 3 more. Then I feel like I failed, go on a bender for a day or two then start all over again. I can't lose on Atkins either. I either stay the same weight or gain a few pounds.

If you've lost weight on the flex points system with Weight Watchers would you please give me some pointers. I'm starting all over again for a 3rd week. First week, 2 pound loss, 2nd week 5 pound gain. This week I'm trying fresh fruits and whole grains. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

YES! I have lost on FLEX (60lbs.), That means you can do it too.
remember the guidelines to the program. Eat all of your 35 extra each week. Ask your leader to look over your journal or give it another week and ask. If your not going to a meeting I would urge you to go.

IF YOU BITE IT, WRITE IT !

I lost weight, but when I quit doing it, I gained it all back and then some. But that's the way with all "diets". The secret is, YOU HAVE TO STAY WITH IT FOREVER! Whatever works for you, you can't go back to your old ways or it always comes back. I am doing low-carb/sugarbusters. Some weeks I'm stricter than others with the carbs, but if I have carbs, they are from whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. I don't eat any sugar or processed grains like white bread, potatoes, etc. It's working well. I've lost almost 30 pounds in 3 months. Good luck with whatever you end up doing!

Yes, even without exercise, staying within the points will help you lose weight. (But it will be faster....and healthier....with exercise.) I have found Weight Watchers extremely effective, and so have most of the people I know who have done it . And the great thing about it is, it's a lifestyle you can continue forever...it's not a temporary "diet".

Hi, it is absolutly true - you have to change your life style to stay on ideal weight. I lost around 20 lbs and I stay with this weight 1.7 year - I feel amazing - I look 10-15 years younger ( people say, not me) and I stay with this Cleansing system as long as I can. In our enviroment with all this poisoning - we have to cleanse our body. This is not a secret - everybody knows that. Watch TV, read newspapers. You'll do cleanse - you'll loose toxins and fat too. After that you can go to gym - you will be in ideal condition. go and check
www.weightlosshalloffame.net - read testimonials from people who almost lost their hope.
and then go to www.dreamlife.isagenix.com and check it too.
