No there isn't and if you don't take care of it you will need a root canal of possible loose the tooth itself.

Apparently the crown is rubbing is such a way as to cause the abcess, which is the same as getting a pimple on your face, only more dangerous, as it could break, and get down into your stomach, then into your blood stream. Not all dentists are capable of creating a bridge, only a dentist that specializes in doing that will be able to create one, from the attitute of your question, there is a hospital that can help with the bridge. It may have a program that helps with people that have no income. Check with the hospital and see if there are any clinics that can make bridges in your area, or if the hospital itself has a program to help you.

If you have a crown it is attached to the remainder of your tooth and root , so abstraction is not out of the question. However, depending on which tooth is involved you may not wish to go that route. I don't understand why they said the infection will come back if you are taking antibiotics and finish the full prescription you've been given. I'm sure they are not just lazy but I don't who you have seen or why they have told you this.

The reason they said that the infection will come back is because if you have one, somehow bacteria got in there, and somehow bacteria will get back in there and cause another infection. An abscess can also get into your blood stream, into your jaw, and cause even more problems. Do not ignore the infection. Find someone willing to help you. Make phone calls. Call the local dental schools, other dentists, find out if there are any programs in your area to assist with dental work. Alot of the time banks will give you low interest loans for dental work.
