When my boyfriend brushes his teeth, his gums bleed everytime. He doesnt brush them harshly, but he tries to avoid brushing them as it bleeds. What could this be? Is he lacking some certain vitamins? By the way he absolutely hates fruit and veg! he only likes green beans from a tin, not frozen, and take multi vitamin tablet everyday to get the vitamins in him. Its kind of a losing battle.

My Foreskin cannot be retracted fully, not even half way. Do I have phimosis? Cause I read that if i had phimosis my penis would hurt when I have an erection, but I dont. I can still masturbate and piss easily without pain.

The Other day my girlfriend gave me a handjob and was saying my foreskin is tighter than other experiences that she has had already. Please help me. Do I need circumsision?

I heard that you can stretch the foreskin to make the foreskin fully retract, how do i do that?

I removed my braces two years ago. I was really excited about my teeth but was cautious about it turning yellow if I don't clean it well. I sub-consciously brushed my teeth too hard. As a result, my gum start to move upwards and there are significant 'holes' at the gum area between my teeth especially the top front teeth. My teeth also appear 'bigger' now as compared to after the removal of my braces because of the residing gum condition. It was too late when I realized my condition and I totally regret it. In fact, I got so upset that I could not sleep or concentrate on my work, and I am now suffering from insonmia.

Can anyone share with me if you have the same problem before? Can anyone advise me on what I should do to 'rescue' my teeth? Can wearing braces again help to pull the teeth inward so that the 'holes' between my teeth look less obvious, and that the teeth will look 'smaller' as what was before? Please help me.

Popped a pimple. Hole on the cheek. HELP!! Worried!!!?

Hi,

I just popped a pimple, and the while stuff with crap load of blood came out, but now there's a hole in the skin!!!! I am worried about the hole turning into an ice pick scar!! HELP ME!! I put on neo sprin right after popping and cleaning it!

I AM GOING CRAZY! How long will it take for the hole to disappear? 6 days? 5 days?

The brown spot left due hyperpigmentation, I am not worried that much because it goes away with time, but i am worried about the freaking hole!!!

What can i do?!!? WIll neosprin heal it faster? Any other suggetions?!

I've heard about this documentary that was on the tv recently about a study that was done on a girl who drank at the weekend where they said one vodka and mixer is the equivalant to half a tobelorone. Does anyone know if this is true???? Also, a beer is the equivalent to a Mars bar...I exercise a lot and eat sensibly enough but would head out with my friends at the weekend for a session for one night. I'd drink vodka and mixers and could have anything from 5 to maybe 8 vodkas in the night, depending on the night of course. Am I throwing all my hard work during the week out the window??

hi,i am varun.i have been stammering when i was in 5th class and now i am Business Management(P.G) but i haven't got rid of this bad thing.i am really ashamed of it and beacause of it i can not participate in any of the seminars,group discussions etc.etc.I am very angry with myself.Once i went to a speech therapist and she said mine stuttering was not genetical or because of some vocal disfunction and it will go away automatically with time, but mine condition remains the same.Now there is no courage in me to talk with strangers,friends or even my family.I am sure that you people can surely help me out,i will be very greatful to you if you can get me out of this curse.waiting eagerly for your reply!

For a few days now I've noticed clusters of small bumps on the inside of one side of my outer labia, and they're quite painful, especially when I go to the bathroom(either because of the urination or when wiping). Today I looked more closely and found that I have not only these bumps, but one small white bump and a very painful open sore.

I'm really freaked out by all of this. I have a boyfriend and we're sexually active, but he has never had anything along the lines of an STD or herpes. I'm really hoping to get some answers, along with some ideas as to how I could have aqquired this in the first place. Thanks in advance!

well lately ive been getting to sleep at around 2am. this is really annoying because i cant get to sleep any earler, and i have to get up at 9am everyday. So I always end up getting up late, or being tired in the day. Theres no way i can cut the caffeine in my day because i need it for studying. and when i finally do get my sleep pattern back to normal, i end up getting drunk and sleeping in, then i get put back into my current sleeping pattern and have trouble breaking it. anyone have any suggestions that might help?

I live in a very tropical country and it really worries me because I feel cold even though the weather temperature is normal and sometimes warm. In our office where the aircon is centralized, my co-employees does not feel very cold at all and I look at my finger nails, they're all bluish :( I'm not even skinny. I'm like 70kilos.
