any diet that helps get rid of them, what causes them, like why do some people get fat there, but not in there belly? any exersizes i can do to get rid of them. will running work. mine arnt huge i could loose an inch off each side and be happy i weigh 120 and im 5'4

Unfortunatley there is no such thing as spot reduction, this means that if I have flabby arms I cant get rid of them just by doing bicep curls. People put on weight in different places. Guys usually store their fat in their stomachs while females store them on their bottm and thighs. The only real way to get rid of your love handles is to do more cardio excersise.

This will burn fat from all over your body and sooner or later all your love handles will disappear.

Sit ups are very good. Any work out the targets the mid-section will firm it up. Stand with your hand out to your sides like your an airplane and bend your body to the left and touch your left knee on the side. Than repeat on the right. Start off with 3 minutes a day. work up gradually until your able to do it 10 minutes a day. In no time those handles will disappear. And you'll be in fine shape again.

Tae Bo! I live by it and its actually fun, try getting the cardio and flex dvd's. 1 hour long video a day for about a month and you will be very happy, it targets womens " areas " if you know what i mean.

You can't tell your body where to burn fat.. You can do all the sit ups you want, your body isn't going to say hey this person is burning too much energy lets burn some fat to make up for it! Oh they are doing situps they must want me to burn the fat on their stomach, so ok i will! lol

What is needed is a balanced diet, and lots of cardio.. Lower your body's overall percentage of body fat.

The absolute best thing to do to get of love handles is regular ol crunches and arm to leg toe touches.
